I’m Michael an Independent Civil Funeral Celebrant based in the West Midlands. Trained by and a member of the Academy of Professional Celebrants, I specialise in creating unique celebrations of your loved one’s lives.​

A funeral marks the end of a unique life. It’s important to celebrate that life through cherished memories, special moments and shared experiences – remembering the unique contribution that special person has had on your life.

By choosing me as your independent celebrant you can have the funeral ceremony that you want, designed specifically for you, your family and friends.

I will make it emotive and meaningful, capturing the personality and beliefs (religious/non-religious) of your loved one, injecting humour, passion, music and poems to ensure your loved one gets the send-off they uniquely deserve.

Michael was the celebrant for my aunt's funeral a couple of weeks ago. He was extremely professional, and we were all so impressed with how he took the time with our family to find out about her amazing life. He wrote a wonderful eulogy for her, we were able to make changes beforehand but we hardly needed to change anything because he'd really captured her personality and spirit even though he had never met her. We can't recommend him highly enough!
